Embrace

Our Embrace team supports teens and adults with disabilities and neurodiversity through accommodations, dedicated community experiences, and a lot of natural friendships.

Looking for…

Compassionate people who enjoy getting to know others beyond a superficial hello. If you are kind, attentive and flexible, you have a great foundation to serve in the Embrace ministry. There are as many opportunities to be involved as there are ways to be a friend. Sunday morning sensory room and mid-week Friendship Club are great ways to get to know people for the wonderfulness of who they are. Also, we are looking for people who can provide rides to and from church events.

You’d Work With…

Our Embrace team is led by Trace DiCocco, Embrace Ministry Director, and is open to all who identify with a disability or nerurodiversity.

Time Commitment…

Most sensory room guides volunteer once every third week. Embrace Friendship Club meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday evening of every month. There are other opportunities based on your schedule and availability as well.
