We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card data) via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure manner. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

In order to register for specific community events, groups, and/or classes, a user must first complete a registration form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. The actual cookies contain hashed data, so you don’t have to worry about someone gleaning your username and password by reading the cookie data. A hash is the result of a specific mathematical formula applied to some input data (in this case your user name and password, respectively). Our organization partners with three (3) affiliates: (1) Affinity Mentoring, (2) 20 Liters, and (3) Grand Rapids HQ. When a user donates to one of these three (3) affiliates through our website, we will share your name, email, address, and contribution amount with the specific affiliate to which the contribution was assigned, and only that affiliate. These parties will use this personally identifiable information for the purpose of communicating with their donors.
