IN-PERSON GATHERINGS ANSWERS TO FAQs
Registration will open every Monday for the Gathering on the upcoming Sunday. Register yourself and those who are attending with you using this link.
Enter the building through the South and West entrances.
Masks must be worn at all times inside the building. As we seek to expand ministry throughout our building, consistent guidelines that align with CDC and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services help us to care for the most vulnerable among us and sacrificially love our neighbor, while still utilizing the building in a safe manner.
Temperatures will be taken at the entrances and you will not be permitted to enter if you have a fever above 100.4 degrees.
Seating will be physically distanced. Please sit only in the sections that are open and preserve physical distancing in rows with people who are NOT in your COVID pod.
Hand sanitizers will be available around the building.
The prayer walls will be available for your prayer requests. However, you will need your own paper and writing utensil.
We will not provide a way to light candles.
There will be no handouts. Coffee and bagels will not be served. Please bring your own Bible to use during the service.
Single-use gluten free communion elements are available on the communion tables. Please pick them up before the Gathering starts and dispose of them in the trash bins by the tables or the exits. You are also welcome to bring your own elements.
Mars Hill Kids is not meeting at this time but you can stream their virtual Gathering at marshill.org/live at 9:30am EST.
Joy Boxes will be available in the back of the Shed and online at marshill.org/give.
Once the Gathering is over, you must exit the building. Further connection will be outside.
The livestream will still be available if you do not feel comfortable attending in person or cannot adhere to these guidelines.
If you test positive for COVID-19 after attending a Gathering, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are collecting email addresses of everyone who attends so if needed, we can contact trace and notify of any exposure to COVID-19.
