Women of Christmas Book Club
Looking for a way to slow down and connect with other women this season?
Last Christmas, a small group of women gathered for a simple book club, and it unexpectedly became a beautiful gift. In the middle of the holiday rush, we created space to pause, breathe, reconnect with the true Christmas story, and enjoy meaningful conversation.
This year, we’ll be reading Looking for Christmas: A Search for the Joy and Hope of the Nativity
by Donna VanLiere.
If you’re only able to join us for one or two evenings, you’re still truly welcome. This is meant to be a gift, not another holiday obligation. Come as you are, and join in however works for you!
📅 Dates: Mondays, December 1, 8, 15
🕛 Time: 6:30-7pm light snacks and conversations; 7-8pm book discussion
📍 Location: Student Room
👥 Leaders: Angie [Kids Pastor], Erin Kornoely + Lara Minnear
* For our first gathering, grab your own copy of the book and please read through Chapter 3 if you’re able. If purchasing a book is a financial burden, please email adouglass@marshill.org.
