Overeaters Anonymous

Is food a problem for you? Do you eat when you’re not hungry? Do you binge, purge, or restrict? Is your weight affecting your life? Overeaters Anonymous is a Twelve Step recovery group who meets weekly. Our primary purpose is to abstain from compulsive overeating and to carry this message of recovery to those who still suffer.

We welcome everyone who wants to stop eating compulsively. There are no diets, and no weigh-ins involved. Our primary purpose is to abstain from compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviors and to carry the message of recovery through the Twelve Steps of OA to those who still suffer. You can learn more about this national program at OA.org.
