Family Network of Wyoming Food Drive

As we continue to live into our call to be a Jesus people for the sake of the world, we recognize that for many of our literal neighbors in our own little corner of the world, a quick trip to the grocery store just isn’t as feasible as it used to be.

The food pantry at the Family Network of Wyoming serves our neighbors in the Wyoming, Grandville, and Jenison areas, providing access to pantry staples as well as produce, dairy, eggs, bread, and meat.

By helping stock their shelves with some of those pantry staples, we can stretch their resources to provide more of the perishable products.

How to Help

Grab a grocery bag from the walls near the entrances at Mars Hill. Each bag includes a list of the pantry’s most urgent needs. Fill the bag with the listed items and return it.

You can also send the items to Mars Hill if you won't be here in person.

Items On The List

  • Canned Soup
  • Cereal
  • Peanut Butter
  • Macaroni + Cheese [Boxed Dinners]
  • Canned Vegetables/Fruit
  • Packaged Pasta/Rice
  • Dried Fruit
  • Nuts
  • Canned Meats [Tuna, Chicken, ETC]
  • Oatmeal

Return Dates

Bring your filled bag on Sunday, June 21 or Sunday, June 28.
You can also drop it off during the week [Monday–Thursday, 9am–4pm] at the office entrance [Door 3].

Help With Delivery

The Family Network of Wyoming will be here on Tuesday, June 30 at 12:30pm to load the truck. If you’re able, meet at Doors 1–2 to help move bags and get everything loaded.
