This person welcomes new families into MHK and guides them through the registration and check-in process during the Sunday gatherings. They also check in MHK volunteers, answer questions, and help troubleshoot check-in issues for already registered families.
Detail oriented individuals with computer aptitude who stay calm in anxious situations. This role should find value in hospitality and use their skills to prioritize the experience for our families and guests.
Families, guests, and volunteers. This role is supported by our Kids Pastor Angie Douglass, our Kids Coordinator Chad Thoreson, and works alongside our Kids Ministry Assistant Stacy DeJonge.
This volunteer opportunity begins 45 minutes prior to the Sunday Gathering. Your responsibilities are wrapped up when all the kids have been checked in and families have settled into worship. Many people decide to serve in this role once or twice a month depending on their availability.
