The White Bucket Project is a way for the people of Mars Hill to share our financial resources with one another and others, both giving what we have and receiving what we need. Benevolence Advisors help us faithfully steward White Bucket funds.
Compassionate volunteers with a background in finance and expertise in budgeting who demonstrate a pastoral spirit, especially when interacting with applicants. Familiarity with local community aid resources is also beneficial.
Our Care + Connections Pastor, Brian Catlett, our Community Life Ministry Assistant, Holly VanderYacht, and eligible White Bucket applicants.
Requests for White Bucket assistance ebb and flow, but the time commitment would rarely be more than a couple hours per week and often less.
