If you are someone who has given to Mars Hill through our SecureGive giving kiosks and mobile app prior to Sept 13, 2018, we want to give you a heads up that this system has recently been updated with a fresh look that’s easier to use, enhances security, and offers you the ability to log in with your email address or your phone number.

In light of that, you may have already received an email from SecureGive asking you to confirm your information. Just click the link in the email and you can be ready to go in less than a minute. If you miss that email, don’t worry—the next time you log in to SecureGive, you’ll be prompted to complete a brief confirmation step.

One especially exciting new feature for those that use the giving Kiosk is that while you will continue getting email receipts, you will also now be able to access your giving history and statements securely online. Plus, please know that any recurring gifts you have setup will continue to process without interruption and your saved payments will be there waiting for you the next time you log in to give. And even if you haven’t signed in or followed that email link yet, you can continue using the kiosk like normal and can access your account online whenever you choose.

If you use the SecureGive mobile app to donate, you will, however, need to delete the current app and download the new SecureGive Vision app from the Apple Store or Google Play
