How can a church fulfill its role to Love our Neighbor as Ourselves in a world where 4 out of 5 people experience some form of a potentially traumatic event?  This class will explore the affects of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder and talk about ways that we can support ourselves and each other toward hope and healing. This class is for people who have experienced trauma, people who are supporting a loved one, or for people who want to be better informed on how to care for those around them.
