Zumba is a fun, energetic dance fitness class that focuses on cardio, balance, muscle conditioning, and flexibility to help you get in shape.
Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba®class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on, mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
DATES: Wednesdays [except the 1st of the month]*, ongoing
LOCATION: Mars Hill, Elementary Area [park in the YMCA lot and enter directly through door with the Zumba sign, between the YMCA and the Grandville Education center]
LEADER: Aimee Workman, a licensed Zumba fitness instructor
*Zumba generally meets every Wednesday except the 1st one of the month, but there are occasional changes to the schedule. We'd recommend contacting Aimee before coming to a class to make sure you have the most updated info.
