Indoor Cycling Fellowship
BYOB+T [Bring Your Own Bike + Trainer] for off-season training and community. Whether you are looking to stay in shape, get in shape, or just want to meet other cyclists—you are invited to join us for a time of indoor cycling and connection.
Doors open at 6pm for set up and an hour-long professionally-led workout begins at 6:30pm. Participants are required to bring a mat and towels with them. [Tarps and rollers welcome too.]
