Bringing Baby Home

Calling all first-time parents or soon-to-be parents: come build the skills and community you need to help you cope successfully with the normal stressors of growing your family. The Bringing Baby Home program [based on the research of John Gottman] will help you strengthen your relationship with your partner, and help nurture your child’s social, emotional, and intellectual development. Each week we will focus on a specific concept or skill which you can apply throughout the week, and then we will come back together to share our successes and challenges in real life.
