Short Circle Host VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Short Circles are a place to build relationships in the midst of conversations about what we are learning and experiencing from the Sunday teaching series. These small groups [8-12 people] typically meet for 6 weeks in the fall, for a special parenting edition in January, and throughout Lent [Feb/March]. While this is a great short-term entry point into involvement, for many it develops into lasting friendships or a House Church.

Hosting a Short Circle comes with 2 primary responsibilities. First, we ask the host to create a warm, hospitable environment where people find it easy to meet and connect with others. Secondly, the host facilitates the conversation with the aid of a provided leader’s guide. Meeting with a Community Life Pastor and attending a 1-hour orientation is required. Leadership Circle is encouraged.
