Common Interest group leaders help create an atmosphere and environment in which people can gather and meet together around a common activity, theme, or purpose and creatively and uniquely live out one or more of our our shared values [Directions]. Our leaders focus on providing and facilitating a community where people can grow, heal, and serve. Meeting with a Community Life Pastor and attending Leadership Circle are required.
Qualifications/Skills
