No other region of the world has suffered the tragic losses caused by HIV/AIDS more than the continent of Africa. Mars Hill partners with World Relief’s Africa AIDS Team in prevention, advocacy and care initiatives that focus on the “Africa Great Lakes Region” of East Africa (Rwanda, Burundi and Northeast Congo). More recently, we have begun to develop HIV/AIDS partnership efforts with sister churches in the Johannesburg and Cape Town areas of South Africa.
