Mars Hill

Immerse

Immerse is your chance to dig deeper into what we’re about as a community—a place to explore and articulate what we hold together. Taking place over 2 consecutive weeks, we’ll explore together all the things that make Mars Hill unique.

We all have our own reasons for being here—even if it’s not always easy to put your finger on it. At our core, we all desire a community to grow with, a God to wrestle with, and a leadership that can equip and support us along the way. To get to that place, however, you have to start at the beginning. Immerse is your chance to dig deeper into what we’re about as a community—a place to explore and articulate what we hold together.

In this 2-session class [ALSO AVAILABLE AS ONE SESSION ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10] we’ll immerse ourselves in the things that make Mars Hill unique. Through steeping in our Narrative Theology, exploring our Identity, Belonging, and Mission, and wading into what it means to live out our Directions in daily life, we’ll clarify what we believe and how we can best live into the community that surrounds us. We welcome everyone from those just wanting to know more about our community to those who are looking to learn how they can take more of a leadership role here through starting a new group or hosting a Short Circle, and want to learn more about our beliefs and posture for leadership.
