Would you consider getting help for your alcohol or drug addiction? Fasting from lunch every Tuesday to pray? Getting counseling for your marriage? Giving up all drinks except water for 40 days and donating the proceeds to a clean water project? Taking a nap? What are you doing to live out your commitment to Wholeness?
